In this Family Cooking Experience, Chef Krista VanWagner will show you how to prepare a gourmet breakfast that is sure to impress. The menu will consist of Eggs Benedict topped with Filet Mignon, a Bearnaise sauce, and garnished with lump crab. It wouldn't be breakfast if we didn't also prepare fluffy classic Omelettes stuffed with the freshest vegetables & assorted fillings. In addition to learning how to prepare these delicious meals, all participants will learn about Mis En Place & knife skills.
