Now In: The Legend of Krista's Jerk Sauce

Culinary Institute graduate Krista Van Wagner went around the world to be able to bring a delicious Jamaican Jerk Sauce back to Buffalo, NY.
After cooking in 3 Star restaurants all over Europe she landed in the settlement of Hell, Grand Cayman. It was on that tiny island that she concocted her first hot sauce. Krista spent her off hours delivering Hell Sauce around the island on a motor scooter.

With their fans fully in place Krista and her husband Kirk returned to Buffalo, NY to take over her Grandfather Curly's restaurant and raise a family.
Today diners in this Northeast American city warm up their winters with Curly's Jerk Chicken, Escovitche Fish and Black Bean Soup prepared island style by Krista and Kirk.
